CANCELLATIONS
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than two times, the customer must be charged for the appointment.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time to receive our complete service. We will do our best to accommodate any unexpected delays; however, it may be necessary to either abbreviate service at the originally scheduled appointment’s rate or reschedule.
