We understand the desire to receive our products as soon as possible after placement of your order and aim to make the process hassle free. In order to expedite and optimize the shipping process, a delivery estimate can be expected upon the completion of an order. Delivery estimates are based on information received from our shipping partner, and we trust our partner to deliver your package on time. A delivery estimate will be provided for placed orders based on the information received from our shipping partner. We are not responsible for delays in orders due to uncontrollable weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, or holidays. We will not offer compensation for shipping charges if your package is delayed, and we advise advanced ordering ahead of your required deadlines and appointments.

RETURN POLICY FOR HAIR EXTENsIONS
Customer satisfaction is very important to us! We strive to match our customer’s expectations and we are certain that you will be pleased with any of our products. In the rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to work with you to optimize your experience. If you are unsatisfied with the nature of the hair, we will exchange your purchase for one time only. Exchanges must occur within 7 days of receiving your hair. Hair must be unused, wefts must be intact, and hair packaging must be intact for exchanges to be considered. After review, if deemed appropriate, we will address the issue and provide a hair exchange to be mailed within 7 business days.
Please note: we do not provide return shipping labels nor do we cover the expense of fees to return our products.
RETURN POLICY FOR HAIR CARE PRODUCTS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with Renee Ramore Hair Care Products, please return all unused products within 7 days of purchase and a refund/exchange will be issued. Before returning your items, please email us at Hello@ReneeRamore.com to obtain a Return Request Form. Upon receiving your Return Request Form, please include a brief description of the reason for your return, your order number, name, address, as well as your return shipping tracking number, as Renee Ramore will not be responsible for any returns lost in transit. Once your return has been received your refund/exchange will promptly processed, and monies will be issued within 48hrs to your original form of payment.
Please note: we do not provide return shipping labels nor cover the expense of fees to return our products. Refunds on original shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.
