DIRECTIONS FOR USE

This iron is a professional high performance unit.

Please take extra care when using the unit as it will reach high temperatures very quickly.

TO POWER ON

• Press the power button. The red indicator light will glow, indicating the unit is heating to operating temperature.

• To adjust the temperature press the [+] button to increase the temperature and the [-] button to decrease the temperature.

• Always test a section of hair first to decide what setting is suitable for your hair type.

TO POWER OFF

• Press the power button.

• Unplug the unit from the power cord and allow to completely cool before storing.

STYLING TIPS

• For best results, make sure the hair is clean, dry and tangle free.

• We recommend spraying the hair with Renee Ramore Protect + Style Heat Shield, as this will help to protect the hair from heat damage.

• Comb and section the hair.

• Use a comb when flat ironing for best results.

• Glide the iron over the full length of the section starting from the root to the end of the section. Repeat the process if needed.

MAINTENANCE

Please take extra care when cleaning the ceramic plates.

Avoid using harsh chemicals.

Wipe cool plates with a slightly damp cloth (DO NOT CLEAN WHILE HOT).

Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials to clean the plates.

Do not scratch the plates, as this will damage the effectiveness of the ceramic plates.

WARNING

This is a high performance unit. The heated plates will reach very high temperatures within seconds.

Avoid skin contact with the heated plates and all immediate areas around them.

DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS to prevent fire, electric shock, damage or malfunction.

KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

Do not leave unattended when plugged in.

Always unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.

Do not place on any heat sensitive surface and always allow to cool before storing away.

After use, DO NOT WRAP THE CORD AROUND THE IRON, as this may cause damage to the cord.

Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.

Do not place the appliance on carpet, bedding, towels or soft furnishings while the unit is turned on or after use when cooling down.

IMPORTANT

Do not use the appliance if the cord is damaged. In the event of damage, discontinue use immediately.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person, in order to avoid hazard.
